FALL 2011 – SPRING 2012 SELECT REGISTRATION

Academy – Athena – Classic

 FEE STRUCTURE CHANGE: THE BELOW FEES REFLECT THE COMBINATION OF REGISTRATION, TRAINING AND TEAM CAMP FEES FOR EACH PLAYER PER YEAR AS OUTLINED FOR EACH PROGRAM. THESE FEES UNDER THE OLD SYSTEM WERE ALL PAID SEPARATELY AND TO DIFFERENT ENTITIES. ALL PAYMENTS WILL NOW BE MADE DIRECTLY TO THE LEAGUE AND THE LEAGUE WILL PAY THE COACHES EACH MONTH.  (TOURNAMENT AND UNIFORM FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED)  

YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE FOR ACADEMY: $850

INCLUDED IN THIS FEE ARE BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING SEASON REGISTRATIONS -  COACH’S TRAINING FEES & TEAM CAMP

The following payment plan is available: $200 is due at signing, then $108.34 due on July 31st, $108.34 due on August 31st, $108.33 due on September 30th, $108.33 due on October 31st, $108.33 due on November 30th, and $108.33 due on January 31^st. 

YEARLY REGISTRATION FEE FOR U13 & U14 ATHENA & CLASSIC: $950

INCLUDED IN THIS FEE ARE BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING SEASON REGISTRATIONS -  COACH’S TRAINING FEES & TEAM CAMP

The following payment plan is available: $200 is due at signing, then $125.00 due on July 31st, $125.00 due on August 31st, $125.00 due on September 30th, $125.00 due on October 31st, $125.00 due on November 30th, and $125.00 due on January 31^st.

REGISTRATION FEE FOR U15 – U19 ATHENA & CLASSIC (FALL SEASON PLAY ONLY): $500

INCLUDED IN THIS FEE ARE THE FALL SEASON’S REGISTRATION – COACH’S TRAINING FEES & TEAM CAMP

The following payment plan is available: $200 is due at signing, then $150 due on July 31^st and $150 due on August 31^st.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:

OPENS ON JUNE 14^th  -  FOR U09 – U12 ACADEMY PLAYERS

                                                FOR U13 ATHENA & CLASSIC PLAYERS

OPENS ON JUNE 21^st   - FOR U14 – U19 ATHENA & CLASSIC PLAYERS

Online registration will require either the full payment or the first payment of $200 should you choose to pay by payment plan for the registration fee. Please note that online registrations received after a designated payment plan payment date will be charged for any payments that were due up until the time the registration was completed.  To register and pay online Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are accepted.  

WALK IN REGISTRATION FOR SELECT:

SATURDAY, JUNE 25^th from 2 - 4PM    FOR ALL ACADEMY, ATHENA AND CLASSIC 

All walk in registrations will be held at Allen Creek Soccer Complex. If your player is new to Lanier Soccer Association’s select program please bring a copy of your player’s birth certificate. The uniform company will be present at all walk in registrations to take uniform orders.
